Car won't start? City Tow Truck comes to you anywhere in Greater Vancouver to boost a dead battery, Monday to Saturday from 8am to 11pm. If the battery won't hold a charge or the problem is something else, we can tow you straight to a shop.
Is it the battery?
Turn the key to ACC or ON (or press start without your foot on the brake). If the dash lights are dim or don't come on, and you hear clicking or nothing when you try to start, the battery is the likely cause.
If the lights are bright but the engine won't crank, it could be the starter, alternator or another fault. We'll still try a boost — and if that doesn't work, the flatbed can take you to a shop.
