Before we arrive

Make the move easy

Clear a path between the car and the street — bins, bikes and boxes out of the way.
If the car is in a garage, measure the opening and note any tight turns or steep slopes.
Check whether the tires hold air. Flat tires are fine but slow the loading.
Find the keys if you have them, so the steering unlocks and the car can be put in neutral.
Remove valuables and anything loose in the cabin or trunk.

Non-running car questions

Can you get a car out of an underground parkade?

Many parkades are too low for a flatbed. If the car can be pushed or winched up the ramp to street level, we load it there. Tell us the clearance if you know it.

The car has no keys. Can you still move it?

Usually, yes. Without keys the steering may lock, so we use wheel skates. You'll need to show you own it or have the owner's permission.

How much does it cost?

A hook-up fee plus distance, with extra time only if the vehicle is difficult to reach. We quote it upfront.
