Booking
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 11pm. We're closed on Sundays. Outside those hours you can text us or send a request online and we'll reply first thing when we open.
Most calls are reached in 30 to 60 minutes. Traffic, bridges and weather all play a part, so we give you an honest ETA when you call and let you know when we're close.
Yes. Scheduled tows are common for shop drop-offs, moves, auction pickups and newly imported cars. Text or call with the date, time and both addresses.
Your pickup location (or a map pin), where the vehicle is going, the year, make and model, and what's wrong — especially whether it rolls and steers. That's enough for an exact quote.

No. Every tow we do is on a flatbed, so EVs, AWD and luxury cars cost the same as any other car.
Major credit cards, cash or Interac e-Transfer, paid at drop-off. We email you an itemized receipt.
Usually, yes, within our service area. You'll need proof of ownership. See scrap car removal.
Insurance
Yes. Every job comes with an itemized receipt you can submit to ICBC, BCAA or your roadside plan. Whether you're reimbursed depends on your coverage, so check with your provider.
Wherever you choose — your home, your mechanic, a body shop or an ICBC claim centre. It's your decision, not ours.
If anyone is hurt, call 911 first. For other collisions, exchange details with the other driver, take photos, and then call us for the tow.
Vehicles
A medium-duty Hino flatbed. Your vehicle rides with all four wheels off the road, which is the safest way to move EVs, AWD vehicles, lowered and classic cars.
Yes. Motorcycles are strapped down on the flatbed with soft ties. See motorcycle towing.
Many parkades are too low for a flatbed. If the car can be pushed or winched up to street level, we load it there. Tell us the clearance if you know it.
No. We're a flatbed company for cars, SUVs, light trucks, vans, motorcycles and small equipment. For heavy vehicles, you'll need a heavy-duty towing company.
No, we don't offer fuel delivery. If you've run out of gas, we can tow you to the nearest station.
