Have an old car rusting in the driveway or taking up a parking stall? City Tow Truck hauls away scrap and junk cars across Greater Vancouver, usually for free, and takes them to licensed recyclers. We also remove old trailers, small boats and garden tractors.
How it works
Most old cars still have value as parts and scrap metal. We take them to auto recyclers who pay for the vehicle, and that covers the cost of the tow. Parts that can be reused are resold; the rest is drained of fluids and recycled responsibly.
If a vehicle has no recycling value — for example, it's been stripped, or it's very hard to reach — there may be a charge. We'll tell you before we book.
