City Tow Truck tows and helps stranded drivers across Delta — North Delta, Ladner, Annacis Island and Tilbury — Monday to Saturday from 8am to 11pm. We're just across the river in Richmond, and we often pick up imported cars from Delta's terminals and industrial yards.
