Got a flat? City Tow Truck comes to you anywhere in Greater Vancouver to put on your spare or add air to a slow leak, Monday to Saturday from 8am to 11pm. If there's no spare, or the wheel is damaged, we tow you to a tire shop on the flatbed.
Safety first
When you notice a flat, slow down gradually, signal, and pull as far off the road as you safely can — ideally a parking lot, side street or a wide, straight shoulder where other drivers can see you from a distance. Turn on your hazards and shoulder-check before opening your door.
On a busy highway or bridge, don't try to change the tire yourself. Wait in the car with your seatbelt on, or behind the barrier if it's safer, and let us handle it.
Don't drive on it
Have run-flat tires? They're designed to be driven a short distance at reduced speed. Check your manual — if you're past the limit, we'll tow it.
FAQ
Many newer cars and most EVs only carry a sealant kit or nothing at all. We'll load the car on the flatbed and take it to the tire shop of your choice.
We need the lug nut key, usually kept in the glove box or with the spare. Without it, we'll tow the car to a shop.
Usually 15 to 20 minutes once we arrive, if the spare is inflated and the wheel comes off normally.
