Accessibility

Last updated: October 28, 2026

We want everyone to be able to get help from City Tow Truck, whether they call, text or use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we've done

• High-contrast text on a dark background, with sizes that scale with your browser settings.
• Pages that work with a keyboard and screen readers, with clear headings and labelled buttons.
• Animation that switches off when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Several ways to reach us: phone, text, email and an online form.

Need help or found a problem?

If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in a different way, please tell us. Call or text 604-265-5888 or email [email protected]. We'll help you book your service and fix the problem.
